Information for Odette CA and Odette ID services users

Accessing OdetteSecure
Log-in to OdetteSecure is based on email address and password. This means that existing OSCAR customers will need to use the email address associated with their account rather than their current User ID in the OSCAR system but existing CA customers will be able to use their current log-in credentials.
After completing the log-in process on the first visit to OdetteSecure, existing customers will follow slightly different routines depending on their status.
Case 1: Your email address is linked to an account on the Odette IDs (OSCAR) service only
You will be taken directly to the homepage where you can manage your account.
Case 2: Your email address is linked to an account on the Odette Certificates (CA) service only
You will be asked to complete your registration details by entering your company registration number (i.e. your official/legal company registration number). You will then be taken to the homepage where you can manage your account.
Case 3: Your email address is linked to an account on both the Odette IDs (OSCAR) service and the Odette Certificates (CA) service
You will be asked to merge your Odette ID and Odette CA accounts by confirming your registration details. You will then be taken to the homepage where you can manage your account.
On subsequent visits, all customers will be taken directly to the home page after logging in.
